I have been watching the superman films on sky movies recently and it occurred to me that he is actually a bit of a prick!
Superman III he freezes a lake and drops it over a chemical fire. Now how many fish were caught in that ice only to die and also surely removing that water would surely have an environmental impact on the local area?
In the same movie, he saves Lana Lang's little boy from being cut to shreds by the combine harvesters. Who pays for the damage to the farm machinery?
He makes Louis fall in love with him (kent) by revealing who he is only to erase her memory three times (superman 2,3+4). He also knocks her up only to disappear until she gives birth and raises the child.
There are more examples but that is all that comes to mind right now

Sorry for lack of updates just that I had a week off from work and wanted to relax. I've got a new addition to my family in the form of a jack russell puppy called Toby. I'll be posting again soon.
